Finally Get Things Done:
Executive Function Support for Neurodivergent Professionals
Emily's Philosophy
Work With Your Brain, Not Against It
Hi, I’m Emily, your Executive Functioning Coach for Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs.
If you’re a business owner with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence, you’ve likely bumped up against productivity advice that just doesn’t work. You’re not lazy or unmotivated; your brain simply operates differently. My job is to help you understand those differences and build personalized strategies that actually help you focus, manage tasks, and move your business forward without constant overwhelm.
Most business systems are designed for typical brains. Trying to force yourself into those rigid structures when you experience executive dysfunction – challenges with planning, organization, time management, and initiation – is like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. It’s not a personal failing; it’s a mismatch.

Tailored Support for Your Unique Needs
How We'll Work Together
I’m not here to change who you are. I’m here to help you gain clarity on your executive function strengths and challenges, identify the real obstacles holding you back, and create systems and strategies that align with your neurobiology. We’ll focus on building momentum and sustainable habits that prevent burnout.
The Discovery Challenge
A 30-day process of radical self-awareness. Expect worksheets, quizzes, and regular check-ins. It’s part excavation, part inventory. You’ll come out of it knowing how you really work—not how you wish you did.
The Sprint Sessions
Every other week, we meet. We assess. We adjust. You’ll have a strategy and accountability system that’s tailored to your brain, not a template. At the end of each month, we pause for a retrospective—what worked, what didn’t, what’s next.
One-on-One Coaching
If you’re like me, you’d rather do deep work in private sessions. Our one-on-one mentoring will get top the heart of your obstacles and hangups, bring your strengths to the forefront, and smooth out any issues that come up.
Community Voice Chats
Weekly Discord events to help you air your challenges, get advice from your peers, and ask me any questions you may have.
Emily's Mission and Vision
This Isn’t Just Coaching. This Is Strategy for Surviving the Real World.
This work isn’t about turning you into a better version of someone else. It’s about getting clear on what matters, working with what’s actually true, and learning how to keep showing up even when things go sideways.
You don’t need to force yourself into someone else’s mold. You need to build your own blueprint.
Emily Breder
I’m neurodivergent. I’ve started businesses, coached startups, written books, raised kids, and lost my damn wallet more times than I can count. I’ve lived the chaos—and I’ve also lived the slow, satisfying build of a system that finally made things click.
I’ve sat in the pit of executive dysfunction and crawled out by building something real, not perfect. I didn’t do it with productivity hacks. I did it by getting honest about who I am and what I need.
And now I help other people do the same.

Working with Emily
Step 1
Our First Call
We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s keeping you stuck. I’ll ask real questions. You can show up exactly as you are—messy notes, missed deadlines, half-finished ideas and all. Because I know that the messy stuff is where the magic is.
You don’t need to be ready. You just need to show up.
Step 2
30-Day Challenge
We begin with a 30-day deep dive into how you already work—not how you should work. You’ll get reflection prompts, quizzes, and worksheets that help you track patterns and identify roadblocks.
By the end, you’ll know what supports you, what drains you, and what needs to change.
Step 3
Ongoing Sprint Sessions
Sprint Sessions are biweekly working check-ins where we set clear goals, make real adjustments, and deal with whatever’s getting in the way—without the guilt trip.
You’ll have structure, accountability, and someone to help you notice when your system stops fitting. At the end of each month, we do a retrospective to reflect, reset, and decide what’s next.
